1. Agreement to Terms

2. Tour Bookings

When booking a tour with Discover Addis Ababa, you agree to the following:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) or US Dollars (USD) as specified.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is due before the tour commencement date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the tour: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour: No refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather or safety concerns with a full refund.

4. Liability

Discover Addis Ababa takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of all tour participants. However, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or individual health conditions.

5. Conduct During Tours

Participants are expected to:

• Follow instructions provided by guides for safety and cultural respect.
• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious sites.
• Refrain from any behavior that may endanger themselves or others.
• Carry valid identification and necessary travel documents.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Discover Addis Ababa and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Changes to Terms
